Perfect location and wonderful staff
I spent 4 nights at this lovely place, and the best part was how close it was to landmarks like Sultanahmet Square and the Blue Mosque, just a 5-minute walk! Ozan at the front desk were great, sharing handy tips and even serving tea to us. The rooftop breakfast was a delight with a view, but the breakfast options could use some variety.

The offered breakfast was warm and lovely with a stunning view over the Bosphorus river. Central location adjacent to wonderful restaurants, the most beautiful mosques, and several restaurants in the surroundings, it was in a lovely area...

Staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and very friendly, willing to assist with any request: for us free of charge, receptionist called different city/hotel on the coast and arranged a taxi pick up. Very clean. Hotel location is excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends

People working in the hotel are very friendly. Good service. It is well situated 5 minutes by walk from "metro".If I go back in Istanbul I will be there.

The rooftop breakfast with a fine view of the Bosphorus was lovely, offering a perfect start to each day.
The family room felt slightly cramped for our needs, making it less comfortable than we had hoped.

Amazing staff!!! Spoke English extremely well and were exceedingly hospitable. So hospitable that they paid my cab driver when I arrived because I didn't have any of the local currency! Never would happen in the us! Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and generous, the rooms were new, clean, and fairly spacious. The location couldn't be better. The WiFi worked really well in our room.
Our only complaint would be that breakfast was earlier for us early- riser Americans: 0830 is late when there's so much to see.

Do recommend it. The staff is very welcoming and outstandingly accommodating, QUIET atmosphere. Amazing service, they provide a private parking and free Wi-Fi. The fact that it has a fast check in, that worked great for us.

The overhead rainstorm shower in the room delivered a refreshing experience. The charm of having a balcony in the Economy Double Room provided a pleasant spot to unwind.
The hotel rooms revealed some cleanliness issues, including dirty bed sheets and noticeable black mold in the bathrooms, suggesting a serious need for maintenance. The breakfast options were limited, lacking variety and quality, disappointing considering the overall ambiance. The room was also lacking in comfort, as there were only single blankets for a double bed.

Very nice hotel. Location was the primary reason to choose this one. Room was very clean and we had fast wi-fi all over the hotel.
Maybe a little bit expensive, but after Cyprus this one was much better for the same price.

The stay was centered around visiting iconic sites like the Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern, both just a short walk away. The best part was enjoying a generous breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a lovely sea view—such a great start to each day! The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was very relaxing.

Great location, great staff, great facilities.
Looking forward to when they open up their roof top dining area.

The location is excellent, just steps from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia and a wealth of restaurants in the old town. Ahmed and the staff there were excellent too, providing great tips and advice, and even offering us free use of a nearby Turkish bath when the city's water mains were shut down for the day (though no fault of theirs in any way).
The rooms vary considerably in size, and the smallest ones are very small, so make sure you request the biggest room available.
