Perfect location and wonderful staff

I spent 4 nights at this lovely place, and the best part was how close it was to landmarks like Sultanahmet Square and the Blue Mosque – just a 5-minute walk! Ozan at the front desk went above and beyond, sharing handy tips and even serving tea to us. The rooftop breakfast was a delight with a view, but the breakfast options could use some variety.

The front desk staff was fantastic and extremely helpful, providing excellent advice for sightseeing. The location is perfect, being within walking distance to major tourist attractions.

The breakfast options were quite limited and didn't offer much variety, making it a bit repetitive. the room size was small, which made moving around with luggage a bit challenging.

The shower had low water pressure, but the balcony view was a highlight.

The rooftop breakfast with a stunning view of the Bosphorus was truly unforgettable, offering a perfect start to each day.

The family room felt slightly cramped for our needs, making it less comfortable than we had hoped.

The overhead rainstorm shower in the room delivered a refreshing experience, making it a unique touch among standard hotel offerings. The charm of having a balcony in the Economy Double Room provided a pleasant spot to unwind.

The hotel rooms revealed some cleanliness issues, including dirty bed sheets and noticeable black mold in the bathrooms, suggesting a serious need for maintenance. the breakfast options were limited, lacking variety and quality considering the overall ambiance. The room was also lacking in comfort, as there were only single blankets for a double bed, creating an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement during the stay.

The stay was centered around visiting iconic sites like the Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern, both just a short walk away. The best part was enjoying a generous breakfast on the rooftop terrace with a lovely sea view—such a great start to each day! The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was very relaxing.

this hotel is super close to blue mosque, like just a 5-min walk! the staff was so friendly, especially on my sister's bday they brought her a little cake which was sweet. the family room was comfy enough for us, and you gotta love the rooftop breakfast with nice views. everything was great and made our stay really chill. overall, a fab time for our family!

the bathroom could use an update, and the room felt a bit cramped.
